Alice in Wonderland syndrome????

When I first read this article about a medical condition known as "Alice in Wonderland Syndrome," I was really surprised to hear that ot was a real condition.

The basics of it is when someone sees themselves or other as if looking through mirrors in a fun house. Objects can appear to be 3-D. They are usually associated with migranes but without the actual pain of the headache itself.

Doctors estimate that about only 300 people in the U.S. have the Alice in Wonderland Sydrome. They speculate that there are other out there with it, but do not see a medical proffessional due to the bizzare nature of the conditon.

I have to admit that if someone would of told me they suffered from Alice in Wonderland Syndrome before reading this article I probably would of thought they were nuts. But I am glad that I read the article and opened my eyes to something that is probably very scary for some people. May the lord bless them!
