A National Geographic photographer becomes a victim to a shark while filming.
I found this amazing story on MSN's home page. It was as amazing video to watch.
When I first clicked on this article is was out of pure curiosity. I really wasn't thinking of using this as a blog assignment, but once I watched this video I knew I had to.
A photographer and his crew were attempting to capture a shark and mount a camera on the shark's back so they could learn more about the sharks' behaviors, etc. During the process (as you could imagine...) the shark got angry and went for his closest target which happen to be the photographer. Luckily the photographer was the only one injured during this incident. He sustained some injuries but is alive and well today to tell this story.
I REALLY hope to take a few minutes to watch this amazing story all caught on camera. It really was fascinating to watch! Thank goodness everyone including the shark are all well.
I love stories like this where everything turns out good in the end. This could of been a really horrible story to share but luckily for everyone involved the ending was a happy one. And I have to thank my lucky stars it wasn't me!!! =)

So would that fall under workman's comp? Watching documentaries is fascinating. I don't always think about the behind the scenes action though.
